To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products
Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech Manager
Role Description
Key Areas of Responsibility
ESSENTIAL
To assist the Sales Team to achieve the targeted sales of admixture business
To understand the needs of specific project site and suggest suitable products
Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the customers’ specifications and performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with help of Segment Manager/Tech Manager
To modify the products and meet the site requirements as and when necessary
SECONDARY
To develop good and effective contacts with consultants/architects for furthering Company’s business interests
Breaking competitors’ specifications and increasing the customer base
Maximise margins and cash
Key Skills and Experiences
ESSENTIAL
Qualification: BE / BTECH Civil Engineering , Chemistry M.Sc
4+ yrs of Experience in Concrete, Admixture Sales, Qc Civil COntractor, RMC Qc
Presentable
Fluent in English
Pleasing personality

DESIRABLE
Preferably short term Management course in Sales/Concrete Technology.
